Series consists of files created and/or maintained by the Manager of the Recorded Information Management Section pertaining to the administration of the unit. Subjects covered by the records include the development, implementation and justification of the Government of Ontario's recorded information management program and the provision of recorded information management advisory services to ministries and agencies of the Government of Ontario. Series includes correspondence among the Manager and staff of the Recorded Information Management Section, other Archives staff, senior officials and records management staff within the ministries and agencies, and Management Board Secretariat. Files also include memoranda, reports, drafts and final versions of policies and procedures, and planning and budgeting documentation.
